我院4种常见致病菌耐药率与多种抗菌药物使用量相关性研究 被引量:5

Study on Correlation of Resistance Rate of 4 Common Pathogenic Bacteria with Amount of Multiple Antibiotics in Our Hospital

摘要 目的:通过调查我院4种常见致病菌对多种抗菌药物的耐药性及这些药物的使用量,探讨用药量和耐药性之间的相关性,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供参考。方法:采用回顾性调查方法,对我院2009-2010年各季度多种抗菌药物的用药频度与鲍曼不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、大肠埃希菌的耐药率进行相关性分析。结果:头孢他啶、庆大霉素的用药频度与铜绿假单胞菌下季度耐药率呈正相关;庆大霉素的用药频度与大肠埃希菌下季度耐药率呈正相关。结论:部分抗菌药物的使用量与细菌耐药率有相关性。 OBJECTIVE: To survey the resistance of 4 common pathogenic bacteria to multiple antibiotics and the consumption amount of these drugs in our hospital, and to discuss the correlation between them in order to provide reference for clinical rational use of antibiotics. METHODS: By retrospective survey, DDDs of multiple antibiotics and resistance rate of Acinetobacter bauman- nii (A.b) , Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) , Klebsiella pneumoniae (KPN) and Escherichia coli (E. coli) in our hospital during 2009-2010 were analyzed. RESULTS: The resistance rate of PA in the following quarter was positively correlated with the DDDs of ceftazidimine and gentamicin; the resistance rate of E. coli in the following quarter was positively correlated with the DDDs of gentamicin. CONCLUSION: Drug resistance rate is the correlated to the consumption of parts of antibiotics.
