摘要
目的:探讨临床药师参与糖尿病合并高血压患者的临床会诊并制订用药方案的实践与体会。方法:根据患者病理生理情况,结合相关治疗指南和专家共识,分析3例糖尿病合并高血压患者药物治疗方案的制订,为临床医师提供合理用药建议。结果与结论:药师发挥药学专长,提出合理的药物治疗建议,使患者的血糖和血压维持在正常的范围,减少了药品不良反应的发生,提高了药物治疗水平。
OBJECTIVE： To discuss the practice and experience of clinical pharmacists participating in the clinical consultation of patients with hypertension and diabetes and developing therapeutic scheme. METHODS： The paper provided clinical physicians with advice on the rational use of drugs through analyzing the therapeutic scheme of 3 cases of hypertension and diabetes based on the patho-physiological conditions of the patients and the relevant treatment guidelines and expert consensus. RESULTS＆CONCLU- SION： The clinical pharmacists can exploit their pharmaceutical expertise and make rational recommendations on drug therapy in or- der to maintain blood nressure and blood livid, reduce adverse drug reactions and imnrove the efficacy of dru~ theranv.
