摘要
目的:评价血清CYS-C和β2-MG在反映GFR中的价值。方法:采用乳胶增强的速率散射比浊法测定肾脏疾病患儿和健康儿童的血清CYS-C和β2-MG,以CCR分组后进行评价。结果:肾脏疾病患儿的血清CYS-C和β2-MG均超过正常参考上限,在CCR≥60的患儿血清β2-MG的异常检出率略高于血清CYS-C。结论:血清CYS-C和β2-MG在反映肾小球滤过功能受损方面比CCR具有更高的敏感性,血清CYS-C对于儿童肾脏疾病时肾小球滤过功能损害的早期诊断更具有临床参考价值。
Objective:To evaluate the values of serum cystatin C and β2-microglobulin in reflection of glomerular filtration rate(GFR).Methods:Latex enhanced rate nephelometry was used to detect the serum levels of serum cystatin C and β2-microglobulin in children with renal disease and healthy children,then the children were evaluated after CCR grouping.Results:The serum levels of serum cystatin C and β2-microglobulin in children with renal disease were higher than normal upper limits,the detection rate of serum β2-microglobulin abnormality was slightly higher than that of serum cystatin C abnormality among the children with creatinine clearance rate(CCR)≥60.Conclusion:Compared with CCR,serum cystatin C and β2-microglobulin have higher sensitivities in reflection of glomerular filtration dysfunction,serum cystatin C has higher clinical reference value for early diagnosis of glomerular filtration function of the children with renal disease.
