早产儿持续有创动脉血压监测最佳冲洗盐水的临床探讨

Clinical study on the optimal washing saline for continuous invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring among premature infants

目的:探讨生理盐水与肝素稀释盐水持续冲洗应用于持续有创动脉血压监测的效果,选择对患儿的最佳冲洗盐水。方法:将120例行持续有创动脉血压监测的早产患儿随机分为实验组和对照组,分别用生理盐水、肝素稀释盐水持续冲洗,比较两种冲洗盐水的影响。结果:两种不同的冲洗盐水在保持导管通畅率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但是对照组对患儿的凝血功能有影响。结论:生理盐水持续冲洗在维持动脉置管通畅方面与肝素稀释盐水效果相同,但是可避免使用肝素时常见得不良反应,是最佳的冲洗盐水,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the application effects of continuous washing with normal saline and heparin diluted saline on continuous invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring,choose the optimal washing saline for premature infants.Methods：One hundred and twenty premature infants receiving continuous invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,then they chose normal saline and heparin diluted saline as washing saline respectively,the effects were compared.Results：There was no statistically significant difference in the patency rate of catheter between normal saline and heparin diluted saline（P〉0.05）,but heparin diluted saline had impact on coagulation function of the premature infants.Conclusion：The effect of normal saline on the patency rate is the same as heparin diluted saline,but it can avoid the adverse reactions of heparin,which is the best washing saline and worthy to be popularized in clinic.
