摘要 废弃织物往往只是通过堆积、填埋、焚毁、降级循环等简单的方法进行处理,作为废弃织物中纤维素利用的初步尝试,选用不同种类的纤维素酶对苎麻纤维进行水解,通过反应温度、pH值、酶用量、浴比、反应时间等对苎麻纤维水解的单因素实验优化水解工艺。结果表明,在相同的反应条件下,酶活力为2 200 IU/mL的固体纤维素酶水解率高于酶活力为2 000 IU/mL的液体纤维素酶。固体纤维素酶优化后的水解工艺条件为:温度40℃、pH值5、酶用量20%(owf)、浴比1∶50、时间3 h,此时水解率可达到21.95%。 Abandoned fabrics are often disposed by simple methods such as piling up, land filling burning down and degradation cycling. In this paper, the ramie fibers were hydrolyzed with two different types of cellulase. The hydrolysis process was optimized by single factor experiments, such as reaction temperature, pH value, enzyme concentration, bath ratio and reaction time. The results showed that in the same conditions, the hydrolysis rate of solid cellulose which enzyme activity of 2 200 IU/mL was higher than the liquid eellulase which enzyme activity of 2 000 IU/mL. The optimal process conditions of solid cellulase were temperature 40 ℃ , pH value 5, enzyme concentration of 20% (owf) , solid-liquid ratio 1: 50, reaction time 3 h, the hydrolysis rate improved 21.95% .
