竹炭涤纶纤维的性能检测与分析

摘要 为了进一步了解竹炭涤纶纤维的力学性能,解决在纺织生产中存在的问题,测试了竹炭涤纶纤维的力学性能,包括直接拉伸性能、非直接(结节、钩接)拉伸性能和松弛性能等;比较了竹炭涤纶纤维与普通涤纶纤维之间的不同;选择了适当的力学模型,应用Origin8.0数据分析软件对竹炭涤纶纤维的非直接(结节、钩接)拉伸性能和松弛性能分别进行拟合,综合分析了实验结果和拟合参数。结果表明:在常温干态条件下,竹炭涤纶纤维的断裂强度、初始模量均低于普通涤纶纤维,断裂伸长和断裂功有所增加;经湿处理后,各项性能较干态时普遍下降。非直接拉伸状态下,竹炭涤纶纤维的断裂强度、断裂伸长、初始模量和断裂功等全部减小;对于竹炭涤纶纤维,多项式模型可以很好地拟合其直接拉伸、结节拉伸和钩接拉伸性能。标准线性固体模型可以很好地拟合竹炭涤纶纤维的松弛性能。 To further understand the mechanical properties of bamboo charcoal polyester fiber, solving the problem of textile production, it tested of the mechanical properties of bamboo charcoal modified polyester fibers, including direct tensile properties, non- direct (nodules, hooks) stretch and relaxation properties, and compared with ordinary polyester fiber, selected the appropriate mechanical model and applying data analysis software Origin8.0, then non- direct (nodules, hooks) stretch and relaxation properties of bamboo charcoal modified polyester fibers were fitted, respectively. Analysing the experimental results and fitting parameters compositive, it concluded that: at room temperature and dry conditions, the bamboo charcoal modified polyester fibers breaking strength, initial modulus was lower than ordinary polyester fibers, elongation and rupture work increased. After the wet process, it was lower when compared with ordinary polyester fiber in the dry state. In the non- direct (nodules, hooks) stretch state, the bamboo charcoal modified polyester fiber breaking strength, breaking elongation, initial modulus and fracture work, and all decreased. For bamboo charcoal modified polyester fiber, the polynomial model can fit the direct tension, nodules and hook tensile properties. Standard linear solid model can fit the relaxation properties of the bamboo charcoal modified polyester fibers.
