Schistosomiasis in Jinhu County,2006-2010

摘要 目的了解金湖县2006-2010年("十一五"期间)血吸虫病疫情变化情况,为今后的防治监测工作提供理论依据。方法每年春季在重点环境采取系统抽样结合环境抽查法进行钉螺调查;在南水北调东线工程输水干线的金宝航道,采用网捞法和稻草帘诱螺法进行钉螺扩散监测。对流行村居民、渔船民、门诊疑似患者等采用胶体染料试纸条法进行血吸虫病筛查,阳性者采用Kato-katz法(1粪3片)进行检查。结果 2006-2010年共查螺3 485.49hm2,新发现有螺条块1个,有螺面积7.80 hm2,解剖钉螺2 180只,未发现感染者;打捞漂浮物2 785㎏,检获海蛳等螺类2 220只,投放稻草帘400块,诱获螺类13 366只,结果均未发现钉螺。血清学查病17 043人,阳性117人,阳性率0.69%;粪检103人,发现血吸虫病患者1例。结论 2006-2010年,金湖县发现了新的螺情和输入性粪检阳性病患者,血吸虫病潜在流行的因素增加了血吸虫病传播的风险,需采取"钉螺控制与传染源控制并重"的综合性防治策略,加强监测。 Objective To understand the dynamics of Schistosomiasis in Jinhu county during Eleventh Five - Year (2006 -2010) and provide a theoretical basis for the control and monitoring in future. Methods Snails survey were conducted in focused eviornment with systematic sampling and environmental sampling methods in each spring. The monitoring of snails spread were carried out by using the net fishing and straw curtain meth- ods in Jinbao trunk of North Water Transfer Project Water Route. The village residents, fishermen and out - patients were screened by using the colloid dye test strip method, with the positive people were examined with Kato -katz method (3 examinations for 1 fecal sample). Results A total of 3 485.49 hm^2 areas had been investigated from 2006 to 2010 and a new snail environment 7.80 hm^2 had been found, 2180 snails from it were dissected and no infected one was found. Fishing floats 2 "785 kg were seizured and 2 220 sea snails were found; 400 straw curtains were put to induce snails, and 13 366 snails were trapped. NO oncomelania was found. Totally 17 043 patients were screened in serological investigation, of which 117 were positive, with the positive rate of 0. 69%; 103 people were implemented stool examination and 1 schistosomiasis case was found. Conclusion A new situation with snail and imported patients with positive stool were found in Jinhu county during the Eleventh Five- Year (2006 -2010). The schistosomiasis potential prevalent factors increased the risk of Schistosomiasis transmission. The comprehensive control strategy should be adopted such as paying equal attention to snail control and infection sources control to enhance the monitoring.
