Transformation Trap and Experimental Zones of Comprehensive Reform——Marking 20th Anniversary of Speech by Deng Xiaoping in Inspection of Southern Part of China

1992年邓小平南巡讲话奠定了中国市场经济转型之路,没有那一年,中国经济不会如此成就。20年来,中国经济社会生态环境已发生深刻变化。成就与问题并存,陷阱与出路相伴。针对当前改革中出现的"转型陷阱"症状,文章力图通过梳理渐进式改革的研究、"转型陷阱"的研究和国家综合配套改革试验区的研究,厘清走出"转型陷阱"的核心,探索转型目标的完善,阐述转型中国家综合配套改革试验区的使命。

The speech made by Deng Xiaoping in 1992 in inspection of the south lay foundation for the transformation of Chinese economy into market economy.Without the transformation,China could not have achieved so great achievements in economic development.Since 1992 the economic and social ecological environment has undergone fundamental changes,but the achievements accompany problems and traps exist together with ways out.This paper explores ways to come out from 'transformation trap' and ways to improve transformation target and expounds the mission of experimental zones of comprehensive reform.
