摘要
从2009—2010年,社会资本对大学生就业的总体作用减弱,但仍是正面的。社会资本能促进有些大学生就业,但不利于大学生群体的就业公平。大学生要构建自己的社会关系网络;政府要推进制度改革,将社会资本的作用限制在合理的范围内,营造良好的环境,以推动大学生就业。
Social capital,which contains factors such as work place of graduate's parents from other coastal areas and middle and western regions,parents' position in units,more than 3000 Yuan income per month for each person and gender,exerts great influence on employment of college graduates,but different factors have different influence.From 2009 to 2010,the function of social capital is becoming weaker,but it is still positive.Social capital can help to employ some graduates,but it is not good for fair employment of graduate group.Governments should carry out institutional reform to limit the function of social capital into a reasonable scope so that sound environment can be formed for promoting employment of college graduates.
