摘要
知识嵌入性是学科化服务的基本特性。学科化服务的要素,如馆员、任务、技术、服务流程等,是知识的载体,或称为知识的嵌入对象。学科馆员知识、用户知识、组织(图书馆)知识(资源)与网络知识等组成知识网络,不同性质与层次的知识网络共同构成学科化服务的知识环境。学科化服务在知识网络和知识环境中运行。有知识的存在就有知识嵌入。知识嵌入理论为进行学科化服务研究、开展学科化服务评价提供理论基础,开辟了一条新思路。
Knowledge embeddedness is the basic property of subject service. The factors of subject service, such as librarians, missions, technologies, service process, are the carriers of knowledge or called embedded object of knowledge. The environment of knowledge service consist of the knowledge from different properties and levels, such as knowledge of subject librarians, knowledge of readers, knowledge of library organization and knowledge of library resources. Subject service operates in the knowledge network and knowledge environment. As long as the existence of knowledge, there is knowledge embedding. The theory of knowledge embedding will shed new light on the research of subject service and support the theoretical basis of subject service evaluation.
