摘要
在分析了挖掘机正流量控制液压系统工作原理的基础上,设计了一种新型合成式先导压力正流量控制系统,建立了其液压系统模型,得到减压阀调压弹簧压缩量和变量泵流量之间的传递函数,并通过MATLAB与传统的正流量控制系统进行了比较仿真研究。仿真结果表明,合成式先导压力正流量控制系统响应时间短、最大超调量小、系统稳定,与传统正流量控制系统相比,流量匹配精度和功率利用率更高、能量损失更小。
Based on the analyses of the working mechanism of a positive control system of excava- tor,a new type of positive control system with synthetic pilot pressure was designed. The hydraulic model was established. The transfer function of the spring deformation to the flow of the variable de- livery hydraulic pump was obtained. The system was simulated compared with conventional positive control system. The simulation results show that the responsing time is fast, the max overshoot of the positive control system with synthetic pilot pressure is less and the system is stable. The precision of the matched flow and the power efficiency are higher with less energy loss in the positive control sys- tem with synthetic pilot pressure than in the conventional positive control system.
