传扭转接盘高速铣削变形分析与控制

摘要 针对航空发动机典型件传扭转接盘在加工过程中因易变形而导致面型误差大、成品率低的问题,利用有限元模拟、力系平衡理论和铣削试验相结合的方法分析了自重、切削力、夹具及装夹方式、加工顺序4个方面对工件变形的影响。结果表明:自重对工件变形有一定影响,利用压板夹具装夹,其装夹力对工件变形影响较大;随着切削力的增大,工件变形增大,在相同切削力变化区间内,铣削工件正面两端凸台面时切削力对工件变形影响最大;利用圆柱销和沉头螺钉装夹方式设计的夹具能够减小装夹力和自重对加工变形的影响,选用正反面反复铣削加工方法可以有效地降低工件变形程度。 Aiming at the problems of big tolerance in flatness and low efficiency aroused in the processing deformation of typical aero engine parts--transmission reverse disc, this paper analyzed the influences of the work piece weight, milling force, clamping ways and processing technology on the part deformation with the method of finite element simulation and milling tests. The results show that the gravity has a certain effect on the part deformation and the clamping force has more effect on part deformation with the plate fixture clamp. Milling the ends of the convex surface has the greater impact on deformation in the same milling force change interval. Using cylindrical pins and countersunk head screws clamping the deformation influenced by the clamping force and gravity can be reduced. The method of repeatedly milling the obverse side and reversed side can reduce the part deformation degree effectively.
