摘要
以人参茎叶提取物为原料,通过生物酶转化法和化学水解法制备5种稀有人参皂苷,采用体外实验测定这5种稀有皂苷对α-葡萄糖苷酶和α-淀粉酶的抑制活性.结果表明,阿卡波糖对α-葡萄糖苷酶和α-淀粉酶有强大的抑制作用,5种稀有皂苷表现出一定的抑制活性,且在一定程度上趋近于acarbose,其中对α-葡萄糖苷酶的抑制活性为acarbose>20(s)-PPD>compound K>20(s)-Rh2>20(s)-PPT>20(s)-Rh1;α-淀粉酶的抑制活性为acarbose>20(s)-Rh2>20(s)-PPD>compound K>20(s)-Rh1>20(s)-PPT.
The extracts from the stems and leaves of ginsen were used as raw materials for the prepara- tion of 5 kinds of ginsenosides through the method of biotransformation and chemical hydrolysis. And the inhibitory activity of these ginsenosides for the α-glucosidase and a-amylase were determined by in vitro experiments. The result shows that acarbose had a strong inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase and α- amylase , five kinds of rare saponin showed moderate inhibitory activity at the same time and close to acarbose to a certain degree. Inhibitory activity of α-glucosidase were, acarbose 〉 20 ( s)-PPD 〉 com- pound K 〉 20 (s) -Rh2 〉 20 (s) -PPT 〉 20 (s) -Rh1. The inhibitory of or-amylase activity followed by acarbose 〉 20 (s) -Rh2 〉 20 (s) -PPD 〉 compound K 〉 20 (s) -Rh1 〉 20 (s) -PPT, respectively.
