摘要
目的采用动物模型观察穿金益肝片的保肝降酶、抗肝纤维化和提高免疫细胞吞噬能力的作用。方法采用四氯化碳(CCl4)所致小鼠急性肝损伤模型观察降低转氨酶作用;测定肝总脂和羟脯氨酸含量,并进行肝切片检查,探讨抗肝纤维化作用;采用碳粒廓清指数法观察对小鼠网状内皮系统吞噬功能的影响。结果穿金益肝片的高、中剂量(1.2,0.6 g/kg)能明显降低CCl4所致急性肝损小鼠血清的丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)活性(P<0.01或P<0.05);小鼠网状内皮系统碳粒廓清指数也有明显提高(P<0.05);肝组织中的总脂和羟脯氨酸含量较模型组明显降低(P<0.01或P<0.05),肝纤维化程度降低;实验数据提示,药物的剂量-效应关系明显。结论穿金益肝片有明显的保肝降酶、抗肝纤维化作用,并能提高网状内皮细胞的吞噬作用。
Objective To study the liver protection effect of traditional Chinese medicine Chuanjinyigan Pian. Methods Acute liver damage model induced by CC14 was employed to study the liver protection effect. The content of hydroxyproline and total fat were employed to evaluate the degree of liver fibrosis. Carbon clearance rate was employed to study the cell pbagocytosis. Results The high and medium dose of Chuanjinyigan Plan( 1.2,0.6 g/kg, ig) could significantly inhibit the activity of ALT and AST( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ) , lower the content of hydroxyproline and total fat ( P 〈 0.05 ), and simuhaneously increase the phagocytosis ( P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Chuanjinyigan Pian has significant liver protection effect, and shows obvious dose - effect relation- ship.
