石榴皮多酚凝胶促进大鼠急性皮肤创伤愈合作用的研究

Pomegranate Husk Polyphenol Gel Promoting Acute Skin Wound Healing in Rat

目的观察石榴皮多酚凝胶对急性皮肤创伤模型大鼠的影响。方法在正常大鼠背部皮肤脱毛区域造成单纯性创伤和细菌感染性两种创伤模型,创面外涂石榴皮多酚凝胶,观察创面愈合情况。结果石榴皮多酚凝胶可使创伤大鼠愈合时间明显缩短;观察期内,创伤完全愈合的动物数明显增加。结论石榴皮多酚凝胶具有促进大鼠急性皮肤创伤愈合的作用。

Objective To observe the effects of pomegranate husk polyphenol gel on acute skin traumatic rat models. Methods To establish two traumatic models, overweight trauma and bacterial infections in normal rats back wounds treated with pomegranate husk polyphenol gel, observing situation of wound healing. Results The pomegranate husk polyphenol gel could make the traumatic big rat gen rim obvious contraction, healing time shorten; wounds to heal fully animal number increased significantly. Conclusion The pomegranate husk polyphenol gel can promote acute skin wound healing in rats.
