摘要 目的研究灰兜巴体外抑制α-葡萄糖苷酶的活性。方法制备灰兜巴石油醚萃取部分、乙酸乙酯萃取部分、萃取剩余部分和水提部分,用pNPG方法测定各个样品对α-葡萄糖苷酶的体外抑制作用。结果灰兜巴石油醚萃取部分、乙酸乙酯萃取部分、萃取剩余部分均具有明显的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性,且显示出明显的剂量依赖性,而水提物的抑制活性最弱。结论灰兜巴具有较强的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制作用。 Objective To observe the inhibitory effect on α- glucosidase of Huidouba extract in vitro. Methods The colorimetry of pNPG was used for determining the inhibitory activity on α - glucosidase of Huidouba extract. Results The petroleum ether ex- tract, ethyl acetate extract and the remaining extract showed obvious inhibitory effect, and all of the three extrats indicated obvious concentration dependence. Compared with three extracts, the inhibitory activity of water extract was loweer. Conclusion The Huid- ouba can inhibit α- glucosidase activity obviously in vitro.
