山地五月茶急性毒性及抗炎作用实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究山地五月茶的急性毒性和抗炎活性部位。方法用最大浓度、最大给药体积的药液灌胃给药,观察急性毒性;萃取法制备不同极性部位,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀模型和醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加模型筛选抗炎活性部位。结果山地五月茶乙醇浸膏小鼠最大耐受量为495.2 g/kg。醋酸乙酯部位能明显抑制二甲苯引起的耳肿胀和醋酸引起的毛细血管通透性增加。结论山地五月茶乙醇提取物无明显毒性,醋酸乙酯部位为山地五月茶的抗炎活性部位。此实验为进一步进行该植物抗炎活性成分的提取分离提供了实验基础。 Objective To investigate the acute toxicity and the active fraction with anti - inflammatory effect of Antidesma monta- num. Methods Maximum tolerable dose ( MTD ) of Antidesma montanum was determined via i. g. route in mice. Different polar fractions were prepared by extraction with organic solvents. The inflammatory models of xylene - induced ear edema in mice and acetic acid - induced celiac capillary permeability increase were applied to evaluate their anti - inflammatory effect. Results MTD of ethanol extracts of Antidesma montanum in mice was 495.2 g/kg. The ethyl acetate fraction could significantly inhibit xylene - induced ear edema and acetic acid - induced celiac capillary permeability increase. Conclusion The ethanol extracts of Antidesma montanum have no obvious toxicity. The ethyl acetate fraction is the active fraction with anti - inflammatory effect of Antidesma montanum. This research provides foundation for further extraction of active compositions of Antidesma montanum with anti - in- flammatory effect.
