陈皮挥发油、水煎液对新西兰家兔在体肠平滑肌的影响及体内血中移行成分的研究

Effect of Chenpi Volatile Oil and Water Fired Chenpi on the in vivo Intestinal Smooth Muscle Movement of Rabbits and Transitional Composition in the Blood Plasma

目的观察陈皮挥发油、水煎液对新西兰家兔在体肠平滑肌的影响及体内血中移行成分的变化。方法家兔在体肠法、高效液相色谱法。结果陈皮挥发油能降低正常家兔肠道收缩频率,陈皮水煎液能使振幅、频率都降低;陈皮挥发油给药后的血浆中没有出现新物质,而陈皮水煎液中有原型成分被吸收进入血液,吸收时间在给药后的15分钟到2小时之间。结论陈皮对家兔的胃肠道运动具有抑制作用,其中陈皮挥发油可能是直接作用于肠道平滑肌。

Objective To observe the effect of Chenpi volatile oil and water fired Chenpi on the in vivo intestinal smooth muscle movement of rabbits and transitional composition in the blood plasma. Methods We used the experiment method of in vivo intes- tine of rabbits and HPLC. Results Chenpi volatile oil could reduce the intestinal contraction frequency. Water fired Chenpi could make intestinal amplitude and frequency reduce. New compound was not discovered in blood plasma after giving Chenpi volatile oil to rabbits. One species of prototype components from water fired Chenpi could be seen. The time is 15 minnutes to 2 hours after taking drugs. Conclusion Chenpi has an inhibitory effect on the in vivo intestinal smooth muscle movement of rabbits. The mecha- nism is that Chenpi volatile oil maybe play the direct role in intestinal smooth muscle.
