不同储藏条件下人参西洋参中超氧化物歧化酶的活力比较研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的在不同的储藏条件下,通过对人参西洋参中超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase SOD)的活力进行测定,比较SOD在不同条件下酶活的变化,为人参西洋参中SOD的临床应用提供理论依据。方法采用pH=7的缓冲液4℃浸提12 h,浸提2次,应用SOD试剂盒测定SOD的活力,采用Bradford法测定蛋白质含量。结果人参西洋参在4℃条件下贮藏30 d后,SOD酶活的保留率在95%以上;-20℃条件下贮藏30 d后,SOD酶活的保留率在98%以上;生晒人参西洋参在常温条件下贮藏30 d后,SOD酶活的保留率在90%以上。结论人参西洋参中SOD酶活在不同的贮藏条件下,稳定性良好。 Objective To compare the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity of ginseng, American ginseng in different storage condition and to provide basis of the clinical application. Methods The samples were extracted by pH -7 buffer at 4 ℃ for 12 hours twice. Using SOD Assay Kit to determine the SOD activity and Bradford method to determine the protein concentration. Re- suits The SOD activity retention rates of ginseng and American ginseng were 95% when depotted at 4℃ after 30 days was 98% when depotted at -20℃ after 30 days ,respectively and the SOD activity retention rate was 90% when the dry ginseng and Ameri- can ginseng were depotted at normal temperature after 30 days. Conclusion The SOD activity of ginseng and American ginseng have good stability at different storage conditions.
