不同灸法对高脂血症大鼠施灸局部Cx43表达的影响及与血脂调节的相关性 被引量:13

Effects of Different Moxibustion Treatments on the Expression of Local Cx43 in Hyperlipernia Rats and Correlationship with Blood Lipid Regulation

摘要 目的探讨温和灸、隔姜灸、麦粒灸,不同灸法对局部效应与整体效应影响之间的相关性。方法建立急性高脂血症大鼠模型,观察温和灸、隔姜灸、麦粒灸3种灸法刺激,对大鼠施灸局部神阙穴皮肤间隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)表达的作用和血脂调节的影响。结果艾灸各治疗组与模型对照组比较差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01),温和灸组、麦粒灸组与隔姜灸组差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01),温和灸组与麦粒灸组差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论 Cx43的表达与不同的灸法影响密切相关,这一结果与不同灸法对血脂调节的影响体现出较为一致的相关性。 Objective To discuss the the correlation between local effect and the overall effect of three different moxibustion treat- ments. Methods Establishing acute hyperlipemia rat - models to compare rat Shenque acupoint skin gap junction connexin ( connexin43, Cx43 ) expression with blood lipid regulation by respectively using warming moxibustion, ginger moxibustion and grain moxibustion. Results The differences were significant among three different moxibustion treatment groups with the model control group( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Cx43 expression is related to the different moxibustion treatments, and the results are consisitent to the results of blood lipid regulation by different moxibustion treatments.
