摘要
社会发展是合规律与合目的的统一,呈现"其兴也勃焉,其亡也忽焉"的历史周期率。从马克思唯物史观角度对其成因进行解析,为当前我国社会发展提供方法论指导。通过分析认为只有改善民生,实行民主,整合民意,构建和谐社会,才能跳出历史周期率。
The social development is the unity of regularity and goal with the historical pe- riodical law of prosperity and declination. The cause analysis based on the Marxist historical materialism is a major methodological direction for the China＇ s social development. It is claimed that the only way out of the control of this periodical law is to promote democracy, prac- tice democracy, be in concord of public opinions, and construct a harmonious society.
