"气韵生动"是南齐画家谢赫首先提出的美学范畴,是我国绘画创作与批评的最高准则和历代画家所追求的最高境界。"气韵生动"的哲学基础是我国古代的生命哲学和元气本根论思想,是饱含生态意识的美学之思。"气韵生动"标举的是生命的自然节奏,是对浑沦一气的宇宙生命的礼赞。"气韵生动"的宇宙生命是艺术家表现的审美本体,也是中国艺术生态审美精神之所在。
The "vivid conception" is the aesthetic idea proposed by XIE He, artist in Southern Qi Dynasty. It is the superior standard for the Chinese painting in terms of creation and criticism and the highest goal for all the painters. The philosophical base of "vivid concep- tion" is the ancient Chinese life philosophy and vitality theory. It is the aesthetic philosophy with eco-awareness. The "vivid conception" prefer to the natural rhythm of life and worship to the cosmic life. It is the ontology that artists try nese arts. expressing and also the aesthetic spirit of Chi-nese arts.
