From “Identity” Study to “Identification” Study:The Semantic Crisis of “Identity” in the Postmodern Context

文章从"身份"一词在中英文语境中发生的语义变迁来分析文化研究领域中"身份"研究扩展为"认同"研究的重心转化过程,并指出这种变化源于后现代主义身份观的影响。

The semantic meaning of ＂identity＂ has gone through some parallel transforma- tions in both Chinese and English contexts. Accompanying this,there is a shift of research focus from ＂identity＂ study to ＂identification＂ study in cultural studies. The thesis will point out that this shift of focus is influenced by the post-modern concept of ＂identity＂.
