摘要
星载辐射制冷器的级间支撑 ,即要隔热 ,又要求保持一定的刚度和强度 ,保证辐冷器结构的完整性。这两个方面是相互矛盾的 ,因此级间支撑系统设计对整个辐射制冷器研制至关重要。本文主要对用于辐射制冷器高强度、低热导复合材料支撑的设计原则、结构类型和材料的选择进行比较和分析 ;在支撑带性能试验的基础上 。
The support straps system of spaceborne radiant coolers requires thermal isolation and it requires to remain high stiffness and strength in order to ensure the radiant coolers structural integrity.These two aspects are contradictory.So the design of support straps system is very important to study spaceborne radiant coolers.This paper compares and analyses the disign principle,structural type and materials choose method of high strength and low thermal conductivity composite support straps system for radiant coolers.On the basis of the support straps performance test,the rational structure direction of support straps system for spaceborne parabolic radiant coolers is explored
