摘要
介绍了冲天炉工艺概况和烟气性质 ,分析了干法除尘和湿法除尘相结合的方案及其工作原理 ,叙述了用高效旋风除尘器 +湿法净化器治理冲天炉烟气工艺流程及其特点 ,介绍了粉尘排放浓度≤ 92 mg/m3的好效果 ,阐述了与此相关的铁水温度、清洁生产、二次污染等问题的见解。
The process of blast furnace and characteristics of its smoke are briefly introduced.The integration of dry and wet methods is discussed and so is its working principle.The process and its features are described,i.e.high efficiency cyclone dust collector+wet purifier to treat smoke from blast furnace,and to achieve the dust emission result better than ≤92mg/m 3.Additionally opinions are given to the related liquid iron temperature,clean production and secondary pollution.
