摘要
对乙醇胺硫酸酯化合成牛磺酸的工艺进行了改进,并且对大孔吸附树脂能否用于牛磺酸的分离提纯作了初步研究。研究表明,当酯化反应,加料混合温度为10℃,酸醇摩尔比为1.15∶1时,反应的结果最佳。而磺化反应中,需要在盐Na2SO4加热溶解与水时就通入N2,以防止盐Na2SO4被空气中的O2氧化。加料次数为4次,间隔2h。NaSO4与酯的摩尔比是1.2∶1,反应温度100~104℃,反应8h。反应总收率70.1%,收率高于现行工艺产率。而经过研究,选用的树脂在牛磺酸分离提纯方面的应用效果并不理想,有待于进一步研究。
The technology of synthesis of taurine by esterification of enthanolamine was improved.All the factors on reaction yield was studied .Moreover, the possibility that taueine is separated.Under esterification conditions of mixing temperature is 10℃. When ratio of acid to alcohol is 1.15:1, the yield of the fires section is best .It must have nitrogen in second reaction, because Na2SO3 maybe oxidized by oxygen in atmosphere.The ratio of Na2SO4 to ester is 1.2:1.Temperture and time were 100-104℃and 8h respectively.The over yield of the reaction is 70.1% being at of the current technology.The study about resin was out of respected, which further study was needed.
