摘要
通过对梭链孢脂球菌SIPI-A.3201进行紫外诱变处理,挑选出3种比较典型的单菌落.摇瓶发酵考察它们的生长代谢特性,检测菌体浓度、糖氮代谢、pH变化以及夫西地酸生物合成量等几项指标.并且对菌株Ⅰ和菌株Ⅲ发酵过程中的菌丝形态变化进行了研究.结果表明:与菌株Ⅰ和菌株Ⅱ相比,菌株Ⅲ草帽型的单菌落产抗水平最高,达到了约480×10-6g/mL.
Three mutants having typical colonies with different morphology of Fusidium coccineum SIPI-A. 3201 named I,II and III in this paper were obtained in the process of strain improvement by UV mutation. Metabolic characteristics of them, such as cell growth, changes of pH,nitrogen and sugar,and the biosynthesis of fusidic acid, were measured in the course of fermentation in shaking-flask. The result showed that the mutant with typical morphology of colony m biosynthezised highest fusidic acid,up to 480 × 10-6g/mL.
