目前,肝衰竭的处理仍是世界性难题。近年来对肝衰竭的研究已取得长足进展,然而,肝衰竭临床处理问题众多,国内外意见尚不一致,影响了诊疗水平的提高。目前国内外肝病会议均将肝衰竭列为重要讨论议题。肝衰竭研究进展主要反映在其临床处理的众多热点领域,如严重感染的抗生素治疗、脾功能亢进的切脾、低钠血症的补钠处理、降低门静脉压力药物普萘洛尔的使用及免疫抑制剂糖皮质激素的应用等。

Currently, management of liver failure remains a worldwide problem. Ahhough great progress has been made in the research of liver failure in recent years, many problems remain controversial in the management of liver failure, which affects the improvement in its diagnosis and treatment. Therefore, the management of liver failure has been considered as an important topic for discussion in national or international conferences. The progress made in the research of liver failure involves many hot fields in its management, such as antibiotic treatment for severe infection, the splenectomy in the treatment of hypersplenism, sodium supple-mentation for hyponatremia, the use of propranolol for portal hypertension and the use of glucocorticoids, an immunosuppressive agent, etc.
