反抗与解脱——赣鄂两地农民自杀比较研究

Resistance and Liberation:a Comparative Study on Farmers′ Suicides in Jiangxi and Hubei

采用区域比较的研究方法,对赣鄂两个村庄三十年来的自杀案例进行延伸个案分析,发现自杀在两地呈现出不同的特征和表现形式。农民自杀受价值观的影响。传统农业社会,农民持伦理本位的价值观,受现代化等因素的影响,个人主义的价值观不断冲击原来的伦理本位的价值观。但是它们之间并不是谁取代谁的问题,而是在冲突中逐渐融合。两种价值观的相互作用使得自杀表现出新的特征,绝望型自杀和利他型自杀成为主要的自杀类型。

It is showed that there are different characteristics and forms of the suicide using the regional comparative research methods to do an extended case study to the suicide cases of the two villages of Jiangxi and Hubei in the past three decades. Farmers＇ suicides are affected by their values. In the traditional agricul- tural society, farmers held the values-based ethics, which has been increasingly struck by the values of indi- vidualism with the effect of the factors like modernization. While these two values are not replaced by each other, rather than gradual integration in the conflict, resulting in new characteristics of suicides. Suicides due to hopeless and altruistic have become new types.
