摘要
针对新型滤波传动件,采用SolidWorks对滤波减速器进行三维建模,利用SolidWorks与ANSYSWorkbench的无缝连接,将分析模型导入到有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中,并对其进行多齿接触分析,得出不同载荷下的啮合齿对数量,以及啮合中的接触应力,对优化滤波减速器的结构优化具有现实意义。
The structure and theory of the new filtering transmission are introduced,and its parametric mathematical model is set up by the three-dimensional software Solidworks.using the seamless connection interface of Solidworks and ANSYS Workbench,the filter transmission model is imported into finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench.Then under different loads the contact analysis of the model is carried out,including the contact stress between the engaged teeth,which can provide a reference for optimizing the structure.
