摘要
在分析永磁同步直线电机(PMLSM)数学模型的基础上,采用速度、电流双闭环的PID控制结构建立了基于VisSim/Motion环境下PMLSM矢量控制系统的仿真模型。其中速度环采用变增益PI控制器,该控制器根据输入误差的大小,通过非线性函数在线改变比例增益和积分增益。仿真和实验结果表明,系统响应速度较快、控制精度较高、运行稳定。为实现高性能的PMLSM伺服控制系统设计和调试提供了一种新的思路。
In the paper,mathematical model of Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor(PMLSM) is analyzed.The PID controller model of speed circle and current circle are established.An variable gain PI speed controller was presented,in which the nonlinear functions are employed to change the proportional gain and integral gain according to the input error.Simulate model of the Vector Control System is set up by VisSim/Motion for PMLSM.The results of simulation and experiment have indicated that the speed servo system has fast response,high control accurate and superior in dynamic stability characteristics.This provided a new thoughtway for designing and debugging high-performance PMLSM servo system.
