摘要
针对汽车动力转向油泵在生产过程中需要逐个进行试验的问题,研制了一种高效、高精度的试验装置。该装置基于MCS-51系列高性能单片机,分为机械系统、液压系统和控制系统三部分。可以对汽车动力转向油泵的转速和油压进行无级调节,并可检测流量和扭矩等重要参数,从而完成试验大纲所规定的跑合、安全阀调节、容积效率检测,以及最大流量检测等多种试验。试用结果表明,该装置的测控精度高,人-机界面友好,操作简单方便,适合汽车动力转向油泵的批量试验,应用前景广阔。
In view of the problem that the vehicle power steering oil pumps need to be tested individually during processing,a high-efficiency and high-precision test device has been developed in the paper.Based on MCS-51 high-performance single chip microcomputer,the device consists of three parts—the mechanical system,the hydraulic system and the control system.The device can steplessly regulate the rotating speed and oil pressure of the vehicle power steering oil pump.And the important parameters such as oil flow rate and motor torque can also be detected,so various tests can be fulfilled as stipulated in the testing program,such as running-in,safety valve adjusting,volumetric efficiency measuring and maximum flow rate measuring.The trial results show that the testing device has high precision of measuring and regulating,the human-machine interface is friendly and the operation is simple and convenient.So the testing device is suitable for batch testing of vehicle power steering oil pumps and has wide prospects of being widely used.
