摘要
针对海洋平台钢DH36焊接接头中出现缺陷问题,采用扫描电子显微镜、光学显微镜和能谱分析仪对焊缝区的缺陷形态和成分进行检测,分析了缺陷形成原因并提出了预防措施。结果表明:焊缝中存在条状和杯状的夹渣,位于焊缝与母材坡口的交接处。夹渣为含有Mg,Al,Si,Ca,Ti和Mn的氧化物,主要为焊接过程中残留或未清理的熔渣。
Configuration and chemical compositions of defects in DH36 offshore platform steel welded joint had been analyzed by scan electron microscope,optical microscope and EDS analysis.The results showed that the defects in weld were slag inclusion formed in groove of weld and base steel.The chemical compositions of defects were oxides containing Mg,Al,Si,Ca,Ti and Mn,which were formed in welding process.Slag inclusion could be prevented by rational welding process and normative operation.
