摘要
从OCT系统的基本原理出发,应用体绘制中的光线投射算法,基于VTK可视化工具包,根据OCT系统的三维数据结构,提出一种对OCT系统获得的数据进行三维图像重建的方法,即多条射线从屏幕像素点出发穿过OCT系统获得的数据,沿射线方向对数据进行采样并累加,累加结果即可获得最终的三维重建图像。使用这种方法,传统OCT和宽场OCT样品的三维图像得以成功重建,且重建结果能够反映出样品的基本结构并给出样品的细节信息。
Volume data is formed by a series of cross-sectional 2-D images.In order to obtain 3-D structures and details of the samples,a method of 3-D image reconstruction in optical coherence tomography systems is presented.Using the ray casting method,the rays start from pixels of a screen to the top surface of the cross-sectional image space,the values of color and transparency are computed by re-sampling the data along a ray evenly spaced in locations,the 3-D images have been reconstructed from these data based on VTK.The 3-D images rendering apparently reflect the corresponding details of samples.
