Fusion Exploration on Shaoxing Water Conservancy Projects and Water Culture

水文化是体现地域文化、反映民族精神和文化内涵的重要组成部分和支撑.通过对绍兴典型的水利工程与文化融合的总结和解剖,认为水文化建设应革新观念、文化自觉,在不同层面高度重视、专设机构;体现规划为本和终极关怀,并通过重用人才、重视投入,在水文化建设中古今融合、画龙点睛,以彰显水文化特色.

Water culture is a constituent part in local culture, national spirit and water connotation. Based on summary and anatomy of typical water conservancy projects and cultural integration in Shaoxing, some suggestions are out forward, such as innovative ideas, cultural awareness, talents cultivation, highlight characteristics and governmental investment. It is ad- vised that special institutions should be established to show concern on planning and some aspects should be attached impor- tance to ensure the fusion of ancient and modern to bring out the crucial point of water culture.
