摘要
戍浦江河口大闸液压启闭机的形式和型号在水利工程项目中使用广泛,其暴露出来的问题也是大多数水利行业液压启闭机的常见问题.为加强戍浦江河口大闸液压启闭机运行的可靠性和稳定性,对运行过程中暴露出来的问题进行了深入的原因分析,根据不同的问题原因提出了建设性的处理方案并取得良好效果.通过处理,戍浦江河口大闸液压启闭机运行的可靠性和稳定性得到极大增强.该处理方案在同型号液压启闭机使用中有一定借鉴意义.
Hydraulic hoist is widely used in water conservancy construction. The model and type of hydraulic hoist used in Shupu River Gate exposes common problems in most hydraulic hoisters in water conservancy industry. In order to improve the reliability and the stability of hydraulic hoist in Shupu River Outlet Sluice, the causes of the faults exposed in work process are thoroughly analyzed. The constructive proposals are put forward according to different causes, and acquire bet- ter effect. After process, the reliability and the stability of hydraulic hoist in Shupu River Outlet Sluice are enhanced ; pro- viding reference for the similar hydraulic hoist.
