高油压水轮机微机调速器液动换向阀卡阻的改造方法 被引量:1

摘要 目前中小型液压调速器广泛采用可编程控制随动技术.这种调速器与机械液压型调速器和电气液压型调速器相比,调速器体积小,运行性能可靠,调节稳定性好,调速功率大.液压件采用标准化的数字阀式液压元件,集成化程度高.针对此类高油压水轮机微机调速器的液动换向阀卡阻造成调速器无法关机问题,通过增设一套紧急停机后备保护装置作为改造方法.改造后的调速器性能良好,运行可靠,保证了水电站机电设备的运行安全. A microcomputer governor with the programmable controller and digital value hydraulic turbine governor servo system is widely used in various types of small and medium size hydro-generating units. Compared with engine or electric hydraulic pressure governors, this one proved to be reliable in performance, stable in regulation, small in size and high in power. As adopting standard digital hydraulic pressure components, it has a high degree of integration. But in recently years, this microcomputer governor of high oil pressure hydraulic turbine can't be closed down because of the jamming of hydraulic selector value. A modifying program of the reserve protection after emergency power shut off is proposed in this paper. And the improved governor run well and ensured the operation safety of equipments in hydroelectric stations.
