摘要
浙江省家庭服务业发展面临新的时代契机,必将在促进就业、实现充分就业中发挥重要作用,但从业人员整体素质不高,成为浙江家庭服务业的发展瓶颈,需要从政策支持、法规建设和舆论导向角度强化政府主导功能,政企合作联动,打开就业绿色通道,建立健培训和职业教育体系,对家庭服务业中介和培训机构鼓励与监督并重,规范市场运营,成立行业协会,对行业机构和从业人员提供咨询和协助信息,以使家庭服务业在浙江成为一条重要的就业渠道.
Along with the development of economy and the increasing of people's income, the domestic service industry has been a new economic growth point and plays an important role in creating employment and expanding domestic demand. But in order to solve the employment pressure, some subsistent problems must be paid more attention to, such as low level of the employee's education and training, inherent concept bias and lack of management standardization. The government should play its role and cooperate with the enterprises by establishing training and educational system, monitoring and con- trolling the intermediary, and modifying the service market in a healthy and orderly way for domestic service industry.
