全麻过程中肌肉松弛监测的研究进展

摘要 在复合全麻过程中肌松起着重要作用,有效合理应用肌松药不仅可以为手术提供良好操作条件,更有利于呼吸管理^[1]。全麻药联合肌松药在全麻早期进行快速诱导及气管内插管,在全麻诱导和获得满意气管插管条件这段时问内是全身麻醉高危险期,应尽早气管插管控制呼吸道。
