摘要
文章根据国家电网对风电场有功功率调节的需求,参考风场已投入运行的其他主控系统风机的功率控制,在此基础上,提出了基于横河PLC主控系统风机的功率控制方案。文章主要描述了风电场有功功率控制软件的设计思路、监控软件和主控系统的相关处理和控制流程。该功率控制软件已在横河PLC主控风场投入使用,现场运行情况稳定可控。
In order to achieve the State Grid Corporation's wind park power management (PPM) demand, this paper introduces a control strategy for implementing PPM based on Yokogawa PLC wind control system. The data processing flow of PPM software, SCADA and main control system have been described in this paper. The strategy in this paper has been applied in wind parks with Yokogawa PLC wind control system and has realized a stable and fine control.
