摘要 700℃等级先进超超临界燃煤发电技术是目前世界各国正在研究中的最先进、经济性最好的发电技术之一。由于蒸汽温度和压力的提高对关键部件的蠕变、疲劳、高温氧化与腐蚀等性能都提出了更苛刻的要求,导致汽轮机关键部件的使用材料发生了巨大的变化。文章对国际上700℃先进超超临界燃煤发电技术中的汽轮机关键部件用镍基高温合金以及选材情况进行了简要的介绍。 The 700℃-class ultra-supercridcal coal-fired power technology is one of the advanced and economical technologies. The requirements for the performance of creep, fatigue, high temperature oxidation, and corrosion properties become more rigorous with the increasing of steam temperature and pressure, which lead to the key components materials of steam turbine to be changed. This paper introduces the nickel-based superalloy used in the 700 ℃ class ultra-supercritical coal-fired steam turbine" s key components.
