昆明市现代林业生态文化体系构建的现状分析与发展对策

Kunming Modern Forestry Eco-cultural System Construction Analysis and Development Strategies

介绍了昆明市现代林业生态文化体系构建的范畴及现状,阐述近年来昆明市在创建国家森林城市、扩大媒体网络传播渠道、开展生态文化专项活动、生态文化教育基地建设、自然保护区、森林公园建设等林业生态文化建设方面取得的成绩。分析在生态文化建设中存在的自然保护区、森林公园、教育基地建设不完善、人才队伍不健全,生态文化活动影响力不够、生态文化产业底子薄等问题。提出完善基础设施、加大传播教育力度、丰富文学艺术创作、大力发展生态文化产业、提高保障能力等现代林业生态文化体系构建的发展对策。

This paper introduced the scope and status of the modern kunming eco-cultural forestry sys- tem, it also described the achievements kunming made in the creation of a national forest city, the expan- sion of the channels for the dissemination of media networks, the development of special eco-cultural e- vents, the construction of eco-cuhural and educational bases, the construction of natural reserves, forest park and other eco-cuhural constructions. The paper also made an analysis on the imperfections in eco- cultural constructions such as the construction of nature reserves, forest parks and educational base. Fur- thermore, personnel problems, insufficient influence of ecological and cultural activities, weak economic foundation of eco-cultural industries and other issues were analyzed. Therefore the paper proposed impro- ving infrastructure, intensifying the dissemination of education, literary and artistic creations, developing the eco-cultural industry and improving the protection capabilities of modern forestry＇ s eco-cultural sys- tem countermeasures.
