摘要
乌尔逊油田环状掺水集油系统受自然地理条件差(高寒),低产、低效井所占比例大,气油比低、原油凝固点高等因素影响,掺水集油系统生产能耗较高。在优选、控制掺水压力和温度不变的条件下,逐步降低单环瞬时掺水量,观察集油环回油压力、回油温度,单井回压的变化,研究影响降温集输的主控因素,摸索各集油环在不同季节的合理掺水量和极限回油温度。通过1年的现场试验,确定了影响乌尔逊油田降温集输的主控因素和各集油环在不同季节的合理掺水量,降低了掺水集油系统生产能耗。
Circular water-blending gathering oil system of Wuerxun oilfield faces a series of challenges,which cause high energy consumption during oil collection and transmission, such as terrible natural geographical conditions (cold climate), large numbers of low productive and low efficient wells, low gas/oil ratio and high oil freezing point. Under the condition of the stable pressure and temperature of water-blending system, we gradually reduced the single pipeline blending water, observed the changes of back oil pressure,back oil temperature and the tubing pressure, studied the main influence factors in the cool gathering and transportation process and figured out the reasonable blending water and the lowest gathering oil temperature in different seasons. After one year' s experiment, the main factors and the reasonable water-blending of every circular oil pipeline in different season have been made sure and the energy consumption of production has been reduced.
