摘要
在RML油田钻井过程中,多口井在录井过程中发现了H2S。由于原来钻台H2S传感器安装位置及效验方法的不合理,使钻台H2S传感器预报的及时性和准确性均较差,给施工人员的生命安全和施工的顺利进行带来极大威胁和隐患。根据H2S密度相对较大的这个物理特征,通过对H2S传感器安装位置的改进,提高了钻台H2S预报的及时性和准确性,大大降低了施工过程的隐患,减少了因处理H2S事故而停钻造成的损失,获得了很好的社会价值和经济效益。本项技术革新解决了现场迫切要求解决的及时发现和准确预报H2S的问题。该设备便于安装,容易推广,具有非常好的实用效果。
Some indications of H2S were observed in the mud logging of many wells during the drilling process of Rumuila oilfield. The unreasonable installation position of H2S sensors on the drilling platform and the improper check methods led to poor accuracy and timeliness of the data predicted by H2S sensors which created serious threats against the safety of construction personal and the smooth operation. According to the heavy density of physical characteristic of H2S, the installation position of H2S is changed. It can improve the timeliness and accuracy of H2S prediction, reduce the hidden troubles during the operation and the losses caused by H2S accidents, and result in a great social value and economic efficiency. This technical innovation with the benefit of easily installation, convenient promotion and excellent practical results, has resolved the urgent problem of timely observing and precisely prediction of H2S in the field.
