摘要
区域水资源总量的有限性决定了农业灌溉用水量的有限性.在分析农业灌溉节水潜力内涵的基础上,建立了节水潜力评判指标和模糊综合评判模型,并将其应用于济源、安阳、新乡、鹤壁、焦作、濮阳6个地区的节水潜力评价中.结果表明,豫北地区的农业灌溉用水基本上处于节水灌溉过渡阶段,仍有一定的节水潜力.
The finite quantity of regional total water resources determines the limitation of the agricultural irrigation water. Based on the analysis of the connotation of water-saving potentiality of agricultural irrigation, some water-saving potentiality evaluation indicators are put forward and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is built. Furthermore, the model is applied in 6 regions of Jiyuan, Anyang, Xinxiang, Hebi, Jiaozuo, Puyang. The results show the agricultural irrigation water in North Henan region is basically in a water-saving irrigation trangition phase, and still have some water-saving potentiality.
