建设中原经济区,需要在新型工业化、新型城镇化深入发展中同步推进新型农业现代化,需要培养一大批"三农"专业技术人才和全面提高农村劳动力素质作为支撑。新型农业现代化为开放大学在办学理念、教育内容、开放作为、办学实践等方面的建设提出新要求。建设河南开放大学,在农科方面要立足于服务新型农业现代化建设对各类人才需求和农民综合素质的提高,通过建设面向"三农"的"河南三农教育网"、教学和学习资源,以及探索"直接学习支持服务"教学模式、开展"大篷车"送教下乡活动等作出贡献。

It makes contributions through the construction of ＂henan agriculture,countryside and farmers education network＂ for the ＂agriculture, countryside and farmers＂, teaching and learning resources, exploring the teaching mode of ＂ direct learning support services＂ and carry outing the activities of sending out teachers to the countryside to teach the farmers.
