摘要
目的了解吉林边境口岸鼠类自然感染汉坦病毒(HV)情况和病毒型别,为肾综合征出血热(HFRS)防治提供科学依据。方法采用夹日法捕捉啮齿类动物,采集鼠类肺组织标本,应用反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)扩增技术对特异性核苷酸序列进行扩增并进行测序分析。结果共捕获鼠类164只,10只携带HV,均为汉城型病毒(SEOV)。结论吉林边境口岸啮齿类动物自然感染HV普遍,HV主要流行型别为SEO型。
Objective To clarify the natural infection situation of rats by Hantavirus (HV) and HV strains in Jilin Frontier in 2010, and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of hemorrhagic fever with renal syn- drome (HFRS). Methods Rodents were captured by snap trap. Lung tissue from rat was sampled. The partial M fragments were amplified with nested reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT- PCR) using Hantavirus genotype- specific primers, and its sequence was analyzed. Results There were 164 rats captured, and l0 rats took the Hantavirus which was Seoul viruses. Conclusion The rodents were commonly infected by HV in Jilin Frontier, and SEO strain could be the main prevalence strains of HV.
