摘要
用硅烷偶联剂KH-560对粉石英表面进行接枝改性研究。采用红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱对表面改性前后的粉石英进行表征,结果表明KH-560在粉石英表面产生很好的化学键合。考察KH-560的用量、改性时间对表面羟基数的影响,由此确定粉石英最佳工艺改性条件:KH-560用量1.5%,改性时间4h。
The surface of natural powder quartz was modified by using silane coupling agent KH-560. The modified natural powder quartz was characterized by FTIR and XPS. The result showed that silane cou- pling agent KH-560 was bound on the surface of natural powder quartz. In order to investigate the change of hydroxyl number on natural powder quartz surface, the effects of the content of KH-560 and reaction temperature were studied. The best modification conditions obtained were as follows: KH-560 content was 1.5% reaction time was 4 h.
