ZnO纳米复合粒子的制备及紫夕吸收性能研究

摘要 利用乙醇辅助水热法制备出ZnO/TiO2和ZnO/SnO2两种纳米复合粒子,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及x射线能谱(EDS)分析方法对其结构进行表征,并通过紫外-可见漫反射光谱(uvvis)分析探讨了其紫外可见吸收性能,研究结果表明,在紫外-可见漫反射吸收光谱图中,ZnO/TiO2和ZnO/SnO2纳米复合粒子的最大吸收峰较纯纳米ZnO蓝移。同时,在可见光波段也有较弱吸收,拓展了其紫外吸收光谱。 ZnO/TiO2 and ZnO/SnOe Composite Nanoparticles were prepared by hydrotbermal combined-assisted ethanol method, the products were characterized by using the X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray speetrometer(EDS), and the uv-vis absorption performance was also characterized by uv-vis diffuse reflective spectrum(UV-vis). The results of the research showed that, in ultraviolet-visible absorption spectra diffuse, the maximum absorption peaks of ZnO/TiO2 and ZnO/SnO2 nanoeomposite particles were blue shift compared to pure nanometer ZnO, there were also weak absorption in the visible wave band of the absorption, and expanded its UV absorption spectrum.
