摘要
采用不同的焊接材料对紫铜 (T2 )和奥氏体不锈钢 (1Cr18Ni9Ti)的异种材料连接进行了研究 ,并对其力学性能、金相组织进行了对比 ,得出采用过渡层的方法接头性能较好 ,而采用T10 7焊条 ,其接头的塑、韧性比采用过渡层时低 .
Different welding materials are adopted to carry out the welding between pure copper(T2) and austenitic stainless steel(1Cr18Ni9Ti).By comparison on metallurgical structures and mechanic properties of welding joints, the buttering method is better for welding of dissimilar metals. Moreover, the appropriate welding parameters are also determined.
